<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\nIILUSION<\/strong> MURAL BY JOSE ANTONIO BARRIENTOS<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lola Montes B2 1A<\/p>\n\n\n\n This mural ,called ILLUSION<\/strong> ,was painted by Jose Antonio Barrientos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In the foreground there\u2019s a very large face of a child painted like a video game effect.In the top right-hand corner there\u2019s a nose that has different shades of blue .In the top left-hand corner there\u2019s a big eye, and opposite is another eye in the same direction.A cheek is painted completely in dark blue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the centre there\u2019s a big smiling mouth also painted in dark blue, and the rest of the face is painted in light shades of blue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Finally, I can see a chin at the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Illusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Radu Mir\u00f3n B2.1B<\/p>\n\n\n\n The mural \u00abThe Illusion\u00bb by Jos\u00e9 Antonio Barrientos,as its name describes it, demonstrates the illusion of typical neighbourhoods.The artist expresses this by painting a child and depending on how you interpret it,you can see the child laughing or crying,as the artist draws the child pixelated in order to make the child’s feelings unclear by creating an optical illusion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The artist uses various shades of a single colour, choosing the colour blue by taking inspiration from the colour that the neighbourhood of the mural is surrounded by: the blue sea and the blue sky.
